The idea: Someone shares what they're experiencing. Moment responds with personalized encouragement, relevant reflection, a calming exercise, or perspective they actually need. It's thinking beyond marketing into meaningful product creation—building tools that help people navigate important moments in life.

I look for leverage points. Where's the inefficiency? What scales? Good architecture matters more than individual tactics.
